To ensure an immersive and impactful experience, all participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Commitment to the Full Experience – This groundbreaking event will take place over three transformative hours. Doors open at 3:00 PM, and by 3:30 PM, entry will be closed as cameras begin rolling. Your presence from start to finish is crucial to capturing the full impact of this historic project.
• Respecting the Moment – Participants are expected to remain engaged and present until the event concludes at 6:30 PM. Other than in cases of emergency, those who leave early will not be eligible to be part of the documentary or future opportunities associated with The My City Connected Project.
• No Video Recordings – While personal cell phones are allowed, video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and protecting the integrity of the documentary is our highest priority. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the event.
• Refreshments Provided – To ensure your comfort and focus, food and drinks will be available for all participants throughout the event.
